At Design Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure the Item

  Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
